Hocus pocus Crocus!

Just like magic...crocus have begun popping up on the south side of the garage. I don't remember seeing these last year...well maybe just a little one...but there are several there right now. Tulips are coming up, same as last year...but hopefully we'll get some additional blooms. Last year red blossoms came up only on the west most clusters of tulips.
Yellow daffodils will no doubt pop, too. Finding that the waiting is different this year. Perhaps it's because I know what I'm waiting for...but these little surprises are fun.

Today is the last day of March, and it's the first March on record in Minneapolis when we didn't have ANY measurable snowfall. Crazy! March in Minnesota with out snow...I wonder if that means April will be especially rainy - or cold. Or, if spring has officially sprung and the sandals are coming out of hibernation.
